Summary0004079: Address Space Dialog cannot connect using Basic256Sha256
Description

The Signature Algorithm Uri in the Client Signature is "http://www.w3.org/2000/09/xmldsig#rsa-sha1"
but "http://www.w3.org/2001/04/xmldsig-more#rsa-sha256" would be correct.
=> Connection attempt fails with OpcUa_BadApplicationSignatureInvalid.

Also the user token encryption is not working for Basic256Sha256.
