This may need more discussion, but in the telecon today we agreed that only the Guid meeds a better defintion than WIN32 GUID. It should reference some IEEE or other standard for a Guid. |

Our DateTime UA Binary Encoding definition matches exactly a Win32 FILETIME. But we do not talk about Win32 FILETIME in Part 6. Therefore it makes no sense to keep this reference. |
