Summary	0004161: NetworkAddressDataType.NetworkInterface needs a default
Description	For broker connection it often does not matter what interface is used. It should be stated that "" is the equivalent of "ALL". It also should be stated was is supposed to go in this field? IP Address? MAC Address? If it depends on the transport profile it needs to be stated in the profile.

In this case the used network interface is determined by the address provided by the subtypes of this Structure. The name can be an IP address, MAC address or the system specific name of the interface. Added in OPC 10000-14 - UA Specification Part 14 - PubSub Draft 1.05.27.docx
