| Description | It is common for systems to include some form of override for signal values when a sensor has failed for example. This feature is typically described as "forcing". The existing DataItemType could be extended to include optional methods to force and remove a forced value as well as optional properties representing the actual value and the forced status (i.e. is forced, with timestamp of when it was forced and possibly a comment as to way it was forced). | ||||
