Summary0004288: Misleading text when non-logged in user attempts to dowload OPC UA Spec
Description

When a website visitor is not logged into the OPC website attempt to download a UA Specification, the note on the page indicates " Access to specifications and developer resources are available to OPC Foundation members only." This is incorrect and perpetuates the myth that OPC UA Specs are for OPC Members only.
