Description

If a server is configured to allow only the username identity token on an endpoint, this script will crash with the message:

TypeResult: Result of expression 'Test.Session' [null] is not an object.

When adjusting all instances of 'Test.Session.Session' to 'Test.Session', the script throws the following error message:

Reference Error: Can't find variable connectChannel

There were several problems in the test script that could cause the script to crash under certain circumstances.
In addition, the script was skipped even if it was not necessary.
Also added BadIdentitiyTokenInvalid as accepted ServiceResult.
