Summary	0004411: Error when supporting security policy that CTT does not support
Description	Get error SecurityPolicyUri invalid for Aes128_Sha256_RsaOaep. Can see in the scripts that it's not supported in CTT yet, but shouldn't it result in a warning instead of an error so that the testing can proceed even if a new security policy is supported in the product?
Steps To Reproduce	Run beforeTest.js with a product that supports security policy Aes128_Sha256_RsaOaep

Also deprecated security policy should accepted as long as they are not enabled by default. This might require stack updates
