Summary0000449: Clarification how to filter symmetric references
Description

We are specifying now that symmetric references are always considered to be in forward direction. Specify that this is applied for browse filters (and query?!?) and that filtering only for inverse references will not return a symmetric reference and that the direction of a symmetric reference is always set to forward.

Added the following clarification to version 1.01.32 of Part 4:
Symmetric References are always considered to be in forward direction therefore the isForward flag is always set to TRUE and symmetric References are not returned if browseDirection is set to INVERSE_1.
