Description

There is currently no way to store the configured security groups in the PubSubConfiguration if the Publisher is a key server.

We may want to extend this when we extend for TSN related information storage

Based on the clarifications for 1.05, the binary file is able to carry an array of extension objects.
Therefore it is not necessary to extend the PubSubConfiguration structure.
We just need another structure that can be used to store the key server information if inter-operable configuration and persistence is necessary.
