Summary0004598: "localhost" should not be allowed for DNS name in certificate
Description

When the CTT and the UA server are on the same host and the server presents a certificate where DNS name = "localhost" the certificate is accepted. this is wrong -- the certificate check should fail.

Using a Hostname of localhost is not allowed in certificates and should also not being used in EndpointUrls. Therefore we are now checking for it and printing an error if it is included in the Hostnames of the certificate.
