Summary0004645: Monitored Item Services/Monitor Triggering/025.js fails
Description

This test case Fails (precondition: 023.js is executed before)
if SetTriggering is not implemented, but while all other Triggering
scripts detect that the Server does not implement this Service call
and get a Not Supported Status, this one raises an error instead.

Each script in this CU was trying to be run induvidually. This has now be changed as in the initialize we are trying to call SetTriggering to determine whether this service is supported by the server or not. If it is not supported the whole CU will be skipped.
