The names for the methods in alarms are mandated by Part 9 Annex 9. |

Remove the statement from Part 5: 'Each server shall provide the DisplayName identical to the BrowseName of the Node for the LocaleId "en". |

This is a Part 9 issue. In Part 9 the tables in A.1 are misleading. Remove spaces in the en DisplayName for OneShotShelved and TimedShelved |
