The copyright is fine as written in my opinion. Line 8 only includes the OPC Foundation, Inc. However, under “COPYRIGHT RESTRICTIONS” Lines 26-27 state “The intellectual property and copyright is solely owned by the OPC Foundation and the MTConnect Institute.”
