Summary	0004780: It needs to enable both username/password and anonymous together to pass the test
Description	Security/ Security Certificate Validation 001 If server has username/password token only, it gets error. If server has anonymous token only, it skips the test case. In order to pass this case, server needs to have both username/password and anonymous. However, our server does not allow user to have them both at the same time. The script needs to consider such servers.
Steps To Reproduce	Enable username/password token only on the server and run this case. Enable anonymous token only on the server and run this case.
