Summary0004829: RegisterNodes 014.js/015.js: test skipped due to insufficient number of nodes
Description

The tests RegisterNodes 014.js/015.js are skipped due to insufficient number of nodes whereas 50/100 nodes are expected.
But it seems impossible to configure UACTT and/or test address space to have a sufficient number of nodes because those nodes are retrieved by the function GetMultipleUniqueNodeIds in library/Base/array.js which build the list of nodes from 39 nodes in UACTT configuration.
Since tests expect >= 50 nodes, the tests will always fail.

Currently the test is just skipped and run manually by the testlab, will change to a feature request and enhance the CTT to find sufficient nodes dynamically in the server.

No changes in the test cases required:
The underlying functions for TestRegisterNodes and TestUnregisterNodes have been enhanced to find a sufficient number of nodes by using the offline cache of the address space of the server.
