Summary	0005027: groupVersion in UadpWriterGroupMessageDataType should have datatype VersionTime
Description	GroupVersion is described has having datatype VersionTime (6.3.1.1.2), but in table54 (Draft 1.05.10) it has datatype UInt32. See also table 58, table 161 and table 163, where it has VersionTime datatype.
