Connection level (probe/announcement)
We have currently no way to get address information (connection level, TSN streams or others).
There is also a discussion in the context of the TSN Amendment.

Group level (probe)
What can a subscriber do if it knows only the GroupId

I agree, the Probe Announcement Service (== Discovery Service in Part 14) should provide all necessary information to a Subscriber to be able to connect to PubSub Data Flow.
With that a Subscriber is able to get the transportProfileUri, address and transportSetting of a published data flow without additional means.

Relation to TSN:
If we understand the StreamId or StreamName as a representation of the address of a PubSub over TSN dataflow, a Subscriber can simply use this Service to resolve a tuple of [PublisherId WriterId] into a StreamId / StreamName.
