Description

According to the test definition the only allowed error code is Bad_TooManyOperations. Our server implementation tries to process the request but doesn't have large enough memory buffers for the response. In this case it returns Bad_OutOfMemory as response. But this behavior isn't accepted according to the test case definition and the CTT fails the device. Should it be an accepted error code?

Steps To Reproduce

Run the test case on a device returning Bad_OutOfMemory when processing the RegisterNodes request.
