Description	CNC companion spec https://reference.opcfoundation.org/v104/CNC/docs/6.11.1/ Chapter 6.11.1 Figure 19 shows figure 18 from the PDF CS Looking through other chapters, is seams that the figures are all offset by one figure. Chapter 6.10.1 Figure 18 shows figure 17 from the PDF CS Chapter 8.2 Figure 20 shows figure 19 from PDF CS.
