Description

Spec Part 5, 1.04, chapter 6.3.6 defines that the VendorServerInfoType shall be subtyped.
The ObjectType attribute IsAbstract shall be set to true.

WG review decide to chagne to a non-breaking change approach by reducing the shall to a should for subtyping.
therefore isabstract remains false.
