Description

When you see "StructureDefinition" in table 115 you won't get that the definition "Structure Definition" (I mention the space) mention the attribute "StructureDefinition" because nobody will be to "find" and assoziate it.

I don't see any issue here.
The use of StructureDefinition in table 115 (currently 128 in version 1.05) references the DataType in Part 3.
The DataType Structure, also defined in table 128 is what is being referenced in 'Structure definition' (currently table 130 in version 1.05)
