Summary0005366: Integrate QoS specific features needed for TSN integration
Description

Based on the work in the TSN working group, the QoS related parameters must be integrated into the PubSub configuration model. These parameters are necessary for TSN and other QoS related transport options like 5G mobile networks.

We discussed this in the December 2019 F2F meeting in Phoenix and decided to move the related definitions from Amendment X to Part 14.
