Summary0005416: Part 5 (Table 3) defines a rule for the DisplayName incorrectly.
Description

I believe that is a typo. It should read:

Each server shall provide the DisplayName identical to the BrowseName of the Node for the LocaleId "". Whether the server provides translated names for other LocaleIds is server-specific.

The "" locale is the invariant locale that is used if there is no other translations.

We decided that DisplayName does not need to be the same as Browsename (see issue 4575 for details).
