Summary0005514: Base Info Core Structure : 001.js Server Node: expects ServerDiagnostics object nodes whereas EnabledFlag is False and ReadOnly
Description

The following nodes are reported to be mandatory:
ServerDiagnosticsType.ServerDiagnosticsSummary not found on instance with NodeId 'i=2274' even though it is Mandatory.
ServerDiagnosticsType.SubscriptionDiagnosticsArray not found on instance with NodeId 'i=2274' even though it is Mandatory.

This should not be the case when EnabledFlag of ServerDiagnostics is set to False and the AccessLevel is set to ReadOnly.
Moreover all static nodes in the ServerDiagnostics object should not be available in the AddressSpace of the server in this case, which shall be verified by UACTT.
