Summary0005666: Remove ServerVendorCapabilitiesType from Part 5
Description

In the past we had a table row for the ServerCapabilitiesType definition stating that you could use the ServerVendorCapabilitiesType to add information. This was removed in version 1.04. It was informal and did not had the OptionalPlaceholder ModellingRule (see also issue 0003699 ).
Now we still have the type definition and also in annex (A.10 Extensibility mechanism) we are referencing the type, without having the relation to the ServerCapabilitiesType.

My proposal is to remove the type from the spec as it is not needed, and also remove the paragraph in the annex.

Agree it is no longer used by core UA and has no real use so seems ok to be removed.
Only issue may be if vendors are making use of this type and expect it to still be defined.
I have removed it from the draft version 1.05 and will review with the UA Working Group to confirm if we remove it or not.
