Description

For 016.js and 017.js:
From Test case description (tab Help->Contents), expected output is BadUserSignatureInvalid but CTT test case expecting BadIdentityTokenRejected.

for 018.js:
From Test case description (tab Help->Contents), expected output is BadUserSignatureInvalid but CTT test case expecting BadIdentityTokenInvalid.

Expectation of the listed test cases has been changed to:

The server rejects the activation of the session.
In a secure conversation the server can provide the detailed ServiceResult = BadUserSignatureInvalid
In a unsecure conversation the server can mask the ServiceResult by either returning BadIdentityTokenInvalid or BadIdentityTokenRejected
