Summary0005692: MQTT connection property should be added for ClientID
Description

A connection property could be the unique MQTT ClientID.
The default could be the OPC UA ApplicationInstanceUri but if a user want to set the name, a property here would be the best.

TBD - define ClientIDas a standard connection property but also describe that the default client name should be the OPC UA ApplicationInstanceUri

Added ClientID to message properties and allow ClientID also for MQTT 3.1.1 mapping
Message and connection properties are added in 1.05 for MQTT 5 support. RETAIN and ClientID are also available for MQTT 3.1.1
