There is a need to implement tests defined in the document Alarms and Conditions.

Create Server configuration for alarm testing, defining Alarm and Condition entities such as Objects and Nodes. An auto-discover mechanism for finding all Alarm and Condition entities will also be required.
• Create initialization tools to determine the types of alarms supported.
• Create a script infrastructure to compare implemented types and instances with the definitions found in the specification. This should include verification of both mandatory and optional variables and methods.
• Create infrastructure to easily retrieve entity attributes such as isAbstract, and method input parameters for the purpose of comparison of the server objects with the specification.
• Create infrastructure scripts that monitor events that are published within a CTT thread for the purpose of creating efficient test cases quickly.
• Create conformance units defined as A&C Basic, A&C Enable, A&C Alarms, A&C Refresh, A&C Refresh2, A&C Acknowledge, A&C Confirm, A&C Shelve
