Summary0005891: Subscription Basic / 017: The script is currently not validating the PublishingInterval
Description

According to the test case, this script should validate that the first PublishResponse after the creation of a subscription is returned after the revised PublishingInterval elapsed.
This is not done in the current version and the test script should be enhanced to test this part of the test case too.

The test script has been updated to validate the timing of the PublishResponses.

During the investigation 2 other test scripts ( .../ 018 and ..../ 020) with the same missing validation of the timings have been identified and have been updated too.
