Summary0006007: CTT needs mechanism to define conformance unit running order
Description

CTT should be able to read uaprofiles file provide a definition of which conformance units to run first, and last, and run them accordingly.

Conformance Units are currently sorted alphabetically, and run in order. This requires enhancements.

Requirements
Minimum, each conformance unit should have an execution Order number
Ideally, there should be a dependency list, a conformance unit can only be run when 0 - many conformance units have already been run.

Added RunOrder to each ConformanceGroup in the uaprofiles configuration file

RunOrder is numerical, and defines the running order.
The CTT will look for a run order upon loading the uaprofiles file, and assign a unique number to any ConformanceGroup that does not have the RunOrder Attribute.
To make the Auditing the last run order, allow the CTT to safe the uaprofiles file. Then delete the RunOrder attribute from the Auditing ConformanceGroup, and allow the CTT to reload and save the uaprofiles file again. This will ensure that Auditing is the last in the running order.
