Description

In the NodeSet-File there are several MethodIdentifier that do not belong into the NodeSet-File, like
<UAMethod NodeId="ns=1;i=7026" BrowseName="2:MethodIdentifier" ParentNodeId="ns=1;i=5026">
<DisplayName>MethodIdentifier</DisplayName>
<Description>A method which belongs to the topology element.</Description>

The Spec does not define any MethodIdentifier, so there should be no "MethodIdentifier" in the NodeSet-File. The NodeSet-File does define 5 (if I counted correctly).

Will be corrected in Release 1.00.01.

We delete unnecessary <MethodIdentifier> and <ParameterIdentifier>.
