Summary0006112: Extend template to harmonize how to describe State machines
Description

State machines are used in various specifications (e.g. Programs, Visison System, PackML).
They are currently described by different table formats and not validated by the NodeSet-Validator.

Since we recently added some table formats, State Machines could now be described by those tables.
The template should have an example of a state machine using those tables and thus harmonizing the description and allowing the Validator to check for consistency between NodeSet and spec.
