agree that "The test may have to run multiple times with ever increasing matches until the server returns the correct result." should just be removed - the test cases is fine as a manual test cases - it would be marked as skipped if the address space does not support what is required. |

Removed the second part of the test case and added a test requirement for having enough elements to exceed the EncodingLimits. |
