| Summary | 0006169: Explanatory text for SubscribedDataSetType options | ||||
| Description | There doesn't seem to be (at least I didn't see it) any explanation of what the expected use cases are for SubscribedDataSetMirror versus TargetVariables. My take on it is that you would use a mirror as a subscriber if you want to subscribe (or read) values from a given publisher and you would use target values when you want to publish (or write to) given pre-existing values in a subscriber or subscribers. Obviously there are other use cases too. People may disagree with the terminology and/or description above and that's fine. If it's not already there though it would be useful to describe the conceptual use cases in the spec. so people understand what they are typically used for. | ||||
