| Description | Part 3 currently specifies for EngineeringUnits: "Only used for DataVariables having a Number DataType." In general, EngineeringUnits only make sense for numbers. However, we (Engergy Management) have the use case that we have a structure with three numbers (for each phase) and would like to use the EngineeringUnits for this (each phase uses of course the same EngineeringUnits.
