Summary0006301: Add a subtype of string to represent URIs
Description

Currently, we only use the String data type when representing URIs. It is desirable to define a subtype of string like "UriString" to make it explicit that the content shall be a URI.

FLC already defines such a data type in their draft spec and we need another one for the XML mapping (xsd:anyUri). Whould make sense to have such a base type in the base spec.
