Summary0006394: Explicitly state UA SC security token handling requirements
Description

Nowhere in the spec. does it state that the security token lifetime, renewal etc. can be ignored or handled differently for a channel with SecurityPolicyNone. Nonetheless we have had an IOP issue with a client that does not renew the security token for SecurityPolicyNone. The net result is that the token eventually times out and the server closes the channel.

Can we clarify in the spec that the security token lifetime must be managed for all security policies including SecurityPolicyNone.

Added:
The revised lifetime shall be used by the Client to renew a SecureChannel before it expires even if the MessageSecurityMode is NONE.
