Summary0006401: Remove warnings for optional elements
Description

Currently warnings are generated if optional node ids are not found.

One example is:
ServerCapabilitiesType.<VendorCapability> not found on instance

with NodeId 'i=2268' which is Optional

It would be better to treat this not as warnings.

Agreed that option items on an instance that are missing should just be a log message not a warning

The test script has been updated to log those messages instead of printing a warning.
