Summary0006484: Gateways must be able to limit traffic
Description

A gateway must have configurable traffic limits.
At a minimum gateways must allow users to limit the total amount of traffic injected onto a CIP network.
Gateways may additionally allow users to configure the number of OPC requests sent to individual devices.
