Description

Remove:

The exact mechanism to recover from an underlying communication connection error depends on the SecureChannel mapping as described in OPC 10000-6.

Replace with text referencing the connection recovery process (activate, the transfer, then new session).

Make sure that process includes "certificate change" as reason for triggering the recovery.
