Summary0006542: Need the concept of a Server Set to properly support non-transparent redundant Servers
Description

The existing QueryApplications interface defined in Part 12 doesn't provide an efficient way to query for a set of non-transparent servers.
One possible solution may be the use of an Alias category for ServerSets. This would allow client to find Servers via a global name. Each Server would define an Alias for the Set it is a part of.

During 2021 March quarterly meeting we discussed the use of Alias for ServerSets and there was some concern about forcing small servers to support the Find Method required by Aliases. It was suggested that a new base type for Aliases could be introduced that does not require the Find method. This would be used by server which have very few Aliases which would allow a Browse to work as well as the Find Method.

Looked at this and it woudl be a breaking change that would be difficult to handle - since the AliasNameCategoryType includes optional placeholders of its self.

I think it would be better to allow a not implemented to be returned in a profile only - for a nano type device (would limit it to lessthat 10 alias names - or some other very short list - no nested category - only at the root level) - so only a profile/CU change
