Description

Step 7 is not mentioned in text.
The lines should say validTo/validFrom not issue and expiry date.
Not really a CA - better to use Validation Authority.

Some confusion over the dates that should be checked locally not sent to an external entity.
Better to explicitly add a CA box which is only used for CRL checks and explain the VA runs locally.
