Summary0006650: The Specification of Types should include the reference to the parent type
Description

Currently Part 5 includes parent type references in most cases but not for reference types.
The parent types should be added to all Node Class type definitions.
The practice of including HasSubtype reference in types should be stopped and removed from the existing types defined in Part 5.

This was agreed to so that the new Conformance Units being added to 1.05 can be concisely described.

All Type definition tables which included a HasSubType reference have been removed.
All definitiions tables now a 'SubType of' statement and include a IsAbstract Attribute definition.
All Part 3 and Part 4 defined DataTypes now have a section in 12.x and a proper definition table.
