| Description | The test case expects that the server returns 0 values, but in Step 3 timestamp1 has a value and in Step 5 timestampX. Therefore those values should be returned even if one of them is either start or endtime. | ||||

According to Part 11, 4.4 Table 1, a value of the specified EndTime shall not be provided if bounds were not requested. So I think that the test case expects the correct behavior and the Mantis can be closed with no fix required. |
