Summary0007117: Inconsistency between specification and NodeSet schema regarding type of AccessRestrictions
Description

The OPC UA Specification, Part 3, shows in chapter 8.56 AccessRestrictionsType as being derived from UInt16.
But the NodeSet schema type AccessRestriction is derived from xs:unsignedByte. This should be changed to xs:unsignedShort for consistency, or part 3 should be changed instead.
