Summary0007226: ExpandedNodeId: Clarify which server's table namespaceIndex uses
Description

The Table (https://reference.opcfoundation.org/v104/Core/docs/Part4/7.11/) defining ExpandedNodeId defines namespaceIndex as "The index in the Server’s namespace table.
This parameter shall be 0 and is ignored in the Server if the namespace URI is specified."
It should be clarified whether the Server in question is the local or remote Server since otherwise there is an ambiguity where both interpretations are possible.

This text is already different in the current version and indicates that it is the local server table:
"This index is the index of that Server in the local Server’s Server table"
