Summary0007340: Clarification needed for Server expectations regarding NodeVersion Properties
Description

The expectations for Server restart need to be clarified regarding the NodeVersion Standard Property.
A Server must ensure it only reuses a NodeVersion value if the variable has not changed. If the Server can’t persist the NodeVersion then it must use something like a clock or a GUID to ensure the client isn’t mislead (needs to ensure it doesn’t mislead a client so only false positives are allowed not false negatives).
