Description

Currently there is no statement, whether a PubSub configuration shall be persisted by the Server. For ease of configuration of a distributed system, a user would expect that he needs to configure a PubSub system only once, and not after every power cycle.

Added clarification to 9.1.2 Configuration behaviours:
The latest configuration is persisted by the OPC UA Server and shall be available after a restart of the OPC UA Server.
