Summary0007357: Spec should explicitly state that the Value of Variable can change based on User/Session.
Description

The definition of the Value attribute should include this statement.
This will allow vendors who do use values that change based on user/session to prove that their implementation is compliant.

Agreed in telecon no change required. Diagnostic object clearly shows it is allowed. Trying to describe the concurrency within and across sessions would probably lead to more questions.
