Summary0007373: 1:PDDescriptor variable has wrong default value type
Description

The node UAVariable with NodeId="ns=1;i=6146" has a ValueRank equal to 2 and ArrayDimensions "0,0"
its default Value is and empty <ListOfByte/> which is wrong: Multi-dimensional Array parameters are encoded using the Matrix type defined in 5.3.1.17.

The is a process that needs to be followed to update NodeSets:

  1. Mantis issue created;
  2. WG must decide is a spec revision is required or only a fix to the NodeSet;
  3. The updated NodeSet is submitted to Technical Director
  4. The updated NodeSet is checked into the member-only repo
  5. The updated NodeSet is released in the public repo and published to the UA-CloudLibrary

The process is cumbersome for simple fixes but it is needed for anything beyond the most trivial.
